Do you have stories you share when your family gets together? A legend about a long-lost relative? Or a memory about your parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, or cousins? It's time to write one down and share it with the AAPA, because the theme for the March bundle is Family Stories.
Your story can be serious or funny, something you remember yourself or told to you by a relative. It could even be a discovery from searching your family tree. There are no limits, so get those ideas flowing!
If this topic doesn't resonate with you, that's fine -- feel free to do your own thing for the March bundle. But we like to periodically suggest themes to stimulate members' thoughts and their participation.
Be sure you send 140 copies of your submission to our Mailer so it is received no later than March 6, 2023. (You might want to print extra copies to share with your family!) We look forward to seeing a variety of family stories in March.

Amateur journalism is a unique activity. Amateur journalists publish journals on paper & online & come from many perspectives: from deluxe letterpress printed journals, to Xeroxed newsletters, to artistically designed cards and ephemera. We embrace the spirit of being amateurs – loving what we do for pure joy and not financial gain – while creating top quality journals, zines, and homemade publications.
